Paul Millar is a freelance journalist and editor based in Paris.
Paul has more than seven years’ experience working as a journalist, editor and advocacy consultant across Australia and Southeast Asia. He has worked as editor-in-chief and, before that, features editor and reporter at Southeast Asia Globe, editor at Frontier Myanmar, reporter and subeditor at Crikey and migration reporter at New Naratif, as well as associate editor at the Cambodian Journalists Alliance.
In addition to his work in journalism, he has worked as communication and visibility associate at the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations and advocacy consultant at the Cambodian League for the Promotion and Defense of Human Rights (LICADHO).
Paul holds a Graduate Diploma in Journalism with Distinction from RMIT University and a Bachelor of Arts (Media and Communications) from the University of Melbourne.
